All of the elegantly appointed are located in the 1649 homestead or in the 1795 Carriage House.
Each room boasts it's own personality with fine Georgian Mahogany furnishings, rich tapestries, antique artwork, polished wood floors warmed by oriental rugs, and overstuffed lounge chairs and sofas. Every room is heated and air-conditioned, with in-room fire sprinklers and warning systems, and has original millwork and exposed beams. Standard amenities include a make-up mirror, hair dryer, clock radio, alarm, ice bucket, tea and coffee maker.

Rates quoted are single or double occupancy, inclusive of a full chef's choice breakfast served at table in Maples, afternoon tea, and on-site parking. Additional guests $25.00 per person, per night maximum of two extra persons. Tax and gratuities are not included. Rates may differ for holidays and special events and are subject to change without notice.
Check in is 4:00 PM. Should your travel schedule bring you to the Inn at an earlier hour, the concierge will happily check you in, and maintain your personal items in a holding area. We can offer the comforts of the Parlor while your accommodations are readied.
Check out is 11:00 AM. We ask that you check out promptly in order to allow our staff time to ready the room for arriving Guests.
The Inn maintains a strict no-smoking policy in her accommodations, dining, business and social venues. A charge of one nights lodging will be incurred for smoking in a guestroom.
We regret we are unable to accommodate children under six.
ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC ROOMS, every effort will be made to respect our guest's preferences.
If you are arriving after 8PM, please let the concierge know at your earliest convenience.
Deposits/Cancellations
An advance deposit of one night's lodging is required at the time of reservation via Credit Card guarantee to confirm a one or two night's stay. Three nights or more, 50% of the total projected charges are required.
Deposits, less a cancellation charge, are refundable only if the Concierge is advised of cancellation seven (7) days prior to arrival date.The Inn maintains a $15 administrative fee on all revisions and cancellations.
On some holiday weekends or special events, a two-night minimum stay is required with full advance payment to confirm the reservation. On these special weekends your deposit, less a cancellation charge, is refundable only if you advise of your intent to cancel thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. The Inn reserves the right to maintain any/all deposits outside these parameters. |
