Our goal at The Mill House Inn is to provide our guests with the finest lodging the area offers. To that end we have recently launched our 12 spacious guest suites theres nothing like them in the Hamptons! All our suites have king beds, leathers sleeper sofas and arm chairs, large screen Sony Wega TVs, DVD players, Sony stereos, mulit-disc CD players and JBL speakers. And this winter they are getting gas fireplaces and wet bars with refrigerator/freezers, microwave ovens and more. Our rooms and suites all have the finest amenities including extra thick cotton towels, 340 count linens, 100% down pillows & comforters and lofty featherbeds, hand made soaps and all natural toiletries, flat screen Sony televisions with cable & VCRs, telephones with voice mail, JBL Harmony CD players, air conditioning, and the list goes on & on! The rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the inn all have working gas fireplaces, and our deluxe rooms have whirlpool baths.

| The Mill House Inn: Terms and extra information:
All rates are double occupancy and include a full breakfast, cookies-around-the-clock and afternoon refreshments.
We will gladly accommodate additional guests in an appropriate room for a charge of $100 per night per adult and $50 per night per child.
Good dogs are welcome in appropriate rooms with advance notice for a charge of $25 per night.
Check-out: 11 a.m. Check-in: 3:00 p.m. on. If you arrive between 1 p.m. & 3 p.m. we cannot guarantee your room will be ready, but we will be happy to check you in and send you off to lunch or the beach... Please let us know if you will be checking in after 7:00 p.m.
A deposit of 50% of stay, minimum 1st night, required to hold your room. On cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded less a service charge equal to 10% of the room charges. On cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date the deposit will be refunded less the service charge if we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be responsible for the full reservation unless we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Rather than forfeit the service charge on a refundable deposit you may choose to apply the full amount of the deposit to a future reservation within the same year. (*100% occupancy must be achieved in order to be eligible for a refund.) Deposits/payments by check must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. No-shows, late check-ins & early check-outs are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.
3 night minimum weekends Memorial Day through September 21. 2 night minimum other weekends. Weekend rates apply to minimum stay requirements. Saturday night only reservations may be subject to a surcharge.
4 night minimum Independence Day, Hampton Classic Horse Show, Labor Day & Hamptons International Film Festival. 3 night minimum most other Holidays.
Most Holidays are charged at current Weekend Rates, please call to check rates.
Special offers are not valid for holidays & internet specials must be requested at time of booking.
There will be a 15% discount for all stays of 7 days or longer except in July & August.
